The Best Chicken Tetrazzini

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz linguini cooked
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 4 chicken breásts cooked ánd diced
  • 2 cáns creám of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour creám
  • 1 tsp sált
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Pármesán cheese gráted
  • 2 cups Mozzárellá cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook noodles áccording to box instructions. Set áside
  2. In á medium bowl combine ½ cup butter cooked chicken soup sour creám sált pepper ánd chicken broth. Mix well ánd then ádd in cooked noodles

Copycat Olive Garden Chicken & Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 quart Fat Free Half & Half
  • 1 (14oz) can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chiffonade (finely sliced)
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (16oz) package Gnocchi

Instructions

  1. In a large stock pot heat olive oil & saute chicken breasts. Season with a little salt & pepper. Cook until mostly done (very little pink showing.)
  2. Add butter until melted & then add the onion celery garlic & shredded carrots. Cook until onion is translucent. Add flour to absorb the liquid from the butter which will form a roux. Stir well.
  3. Add the half & half and chicken broth. Stir until it comes to a boil. Allow to simmer while you cook the gnocchi in another pot of boiling water until dumplings float (3 minutes.) Drain & set aside. (*You could possibly just add the gnocchi to the pot of soup but it might thicken the soup too much & be slightly starchy.)
  4. Add spinach thyme & cooked gnocchi to the pot of soup. Taste & adjust seasoning with salt & pepper. Serve hot.
  5. *If the soup is not thick enough add 1-2 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with just enough COLD water to stir it smooth. Add to the HOT soup & wait for it to boil to thicken up.

Best Slow Cooker Corn Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn kernels drained
  • fresh chopped parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. To the bowl of a slow cooker add the chicken breasts and sprinkle on the onion.
  2. In a medium bowl stir together the soup and stock and pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. When ready to serve remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker along with the rice cheese and corn. Stir to combine and garnish with parsley.

1-hour Soft And Buttery Dinner Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon active-dry yeast*
  • 3.5 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • extra melted butter for brushing on top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep your oven and baking dish. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Warm the liquid ingredients. In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup stir together the water milk butter and honey. Then microwave for 1 minute and give it a stir. Then continue microwaving it in 15 second intervals until the mixture is very warm to the touch but not hot or boiling (anywhere between 95°F-115°F) and the butter is completely melted. The temperature of the water is important here because if it’s too hot (120°F or more) it will kill the yeast. If it’s too cool the yeast will not activate. Just think — a little bit warmer than your body temperature.
  3. Add yeast. Pour the liquid mixture into the large bowl of a stand mixer. Then sprinkle the yeast evenly on top and give it a quick stir with a fork to combine. Wait for five minutes or until the yeast is foamy.
  4. Add dry ingredients. Then add in 3.5 cups of flour (not all of the flour!) and the salt.
  5. Mix. Using the dough-hook mix on medium-low speed until the dry ingredients are combined. If the dough is sticking to the sides of the bowl add in 1/4 cup more flour at a time until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and is only slightly sticky to the touch. (Only use up to 4 cups of flour total.) Continue mixing on low speed for 4-5 minutes. Then form the dough into a ball with your hands and transfer it to a greased bowl.
  6. Let the dough rise. Cover the bowl with a damp towel or paper towel and let it rise briefly for 15 minutes.
  7. Form the rolls. Gently punch the dough down and divide into 15 equal-sized pieces. Form each piece into a ball and place the dough balls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover the dish again with a damp towel or paper towel and let the dough balls rise for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Bake. Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are lightly golden brown on top and cooked through.
  9. Brush with more butter. Remove the baking dish from the oven and brush the tops of the rolls with butter. (Yum.)
  10. Serve warm. And enjoy!

Best Recipe Banana Bread Blondies

IngredientsFor Blondies:

  • ½ cup unsálted butter-melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugár

Instructions

  4. To máke the frosting in á medium sáuce pán melt the butter ánd continue cooking over medium heát until reách nice ámber color stirring constántly(be cáreful not to burn it). Then ádd brown sugár milk ánd á dásh of sált stir ánd bring to boil. Remove from heát ánd cool for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Whisk in vánillá ánd powdered sugár ánd spreád over the blondies. Állow frosting to set before slicing ánd serving.
